Generally speaking our fridge slides are fabricated from 125kg or 227kg Locking drawer slides.
In the past we have also manufactured fridge slides out of non locking drawer slides and used a spring bolt as the lock in device, however this method doesn’t offer the lockout feature most people desire in their fridge slide unit. All units are fabricated out of 3mm aluminum and are finished off with eyelets at the front and rear for restrainst straps. We have manufactured custom fridge slides for many popular brands including Engel, Waeco, Evakool, Platinum and many more. As always when placing an order our two most prudent questions will be, what are the dimensions of your fridge unit and how far would you like it to extend. It also impotant to note custom fridge slides are not just limited to slightly wider or longer, we can also fabricate units with the drawer slides underneath the tray or extra long drawer slides on a shorter tray to name a few.
Custom Cargo Drawers

When ordering a custom drawer system we need to know either your outside dimensions available or critical internal dimensions required along with how much weight the drawers need to carry. All cargo drawer systems are made from 3mm aluminium and can be made on our 100kg base mount drawer slides or 125kg and 227kg heavy duty drawer slides. As one of Australia’s largest lock and handle suppliers we have a huge selection of locking handles for your cargo drawer. These drawers are generally supplied into the rear of 4×4’s, Caravans, Utes, Vans, Station Wagons, etc.
Under Tray Ute Drawers
Under tray Ute drawers custom built to your required dimensions. Our under tray ute drawers are commonly made from 100kg base mount, 125kg and 227kg drawer slides depending on the required carrying capacity of your drawer.
All ute drawers are generally made with a stainless steel folding T handle, paddle handle or thumb press compression lock as the drawers locking device, however we have many other locks and handles to choose from. All under trays are made from 3mm aluminium and fitted with a rubber weather seal helping protect the unit from dust and water. Our under tray ute drawers are commonly supplied for installation beeneath steel or aluminium ute trays and camper trailers.
